As someone who struggles with finding the right words to introduce themselves, these photos do a great job at capturing who I am. Aside from my enthusiasm for hot chocolate, I'm an engineer who is passionate about many things, although my husband would argue that my indoor plants are my greatest passion.
I am a Senior Risk Advisor with GHD, working in the climate change, mine closure, and renewable sectors. In 2023, I transitioned to working part-time to improve my programming, data analytics and visualisation skills. I have focused on learning JavaScript to facilitate this journey, and through this I've been blown away by amazing programmers (such as The Primeagen and Will Sentance). My aspiration is to articulate complex concepts as clearly as they can.

| 2008: | Designed the favicon for this webpage as part of a Year 9 visual communications assignment. |
| 2012: | Started a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Law at Monash Unversity. It didn't take too long for me to realise that Law was not my passion. |
| 2016: | Interned as a Manufacturing Engineeer with Amaero Engineering during their start-up phase. Select Laser Melting metal additive manufacturing in Australia was growing, and I joined Amaero as they were expanding their business in Toulouse, France. |
| 2018: | Graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Materials Engineering (Honours, H1) and a Bachelor of Science (majoring in chemistry and materials science). I received the University Medal for Undergraduate Academic Excellence in engineering. |
| 2019: | Started my post-graduate career as a Metallurgist with BHP. This was a fantastic experience, and gave me the opportunity to live rurally in Roxby Down, South Australia. I also held a gold bar which was pretty exciting. |
| 2021: | Relocated back to Melbourne in 2021. This was a challenge with the ongoing pandemic pandamonium and separation from my new found BHP family in South Australia. After a short-stint of working remotely for BHP, I started a new role with GHD Advisory Melbourne as a Risk Advisor in late 2021. Why the pivot to risk? My time with BHP made me want to learn more about process safety and occupational health and safety. |
| 2022: | Got married. Woohoo! And we started renovating our future home together. |
| 2023: | Promoted to Senior Risk and Assurace Advisor at GHD. |
| 2024: | Designed and created my very first website with Astro! I had such a great time putting this website together, creating my layout designs in Affinity Designer before translating them across here. |
